Returns are intended to be simple and convenient, making it easy for customers to send items back with minimal effort. To start a return, you will need to enter your order information through the designated return portal. This includes your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the zip code associated with the order. Once this information is provided, the system will locate your order and guide you through the steps to generate a return shipping label quickly and efficiently.

After locating your order, you can print a prepaid return label, which is necessary to ensure your package is properly routed and processed without delays. Make sure the label is clearly printed and securely attached to the outside of your return package. Before sealing the shipment, double-check that all required return documents or paperwork are included inside, as this helps the warehouse team verify and process your return promptly upon arrival.

When preparing items for return, proper packaging is critical to prevent damage during transit. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in its original shoe box, which should remain in excellent condition, but the shoe box itself should not serve as the outer shipping container. Instead, place the shoe box inside a sturdy shipping box to protect it during transport. Packages that lack appropriate outer packaging or include damaged shoe boxes may be rejected and not processed.

Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date. This period allows adequate flexibility while ensuring returned items remain in a resalable condition. Items marked as final sale are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the event of damage or defects upon delivery. Customers experiencing issues with defective or damaged products are encouraged to contact customer care directly for timely assistance and resolution.

Once your return is ready, it can be dropped off at any authorized UPS location. Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally delivered, as international returns from different countries cannot be accepted. After the return is received at the warehouse, it will undergo an inspection and verification process. Staff will confirm that items are unworn, undamaged, and meet all return requirements. Approved returns will result in a refund issued to the original payment method. While processing times may vary depending on the financial institution, refunds are typically completed within 7 to 10 business days after approval.

Direct exchanges are not currently offered. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or style, the recommended approach is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately. This ensures prompt access to the desired product without waiting for an exchange process.

Return shipping is facilitated with a flat-rate UPS label for convenience. A $6 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund once the return is processed. This simple fee helps cover shipping and handling while making the return process predictable and straightforward.
