Terms of Sale

Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. By ordering products through SOREL’s websites, mobile apps, or online services, you agree to comply with these terms and any policies referenced herein. These terms cover your rights and responsibilities, limitations on liability, and include a binding arbitration provision. This clause requires that disputes be resolved individually through arbitration rather than in court or as part of a class action. Arbitration differs from court proceedings, with no judge or jury and limited procedural and appellate review. If you do not accept these terms, you should not place an order.

If you are ordering on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for that entity. Questions can first be directed to the Help Center or FAQ, and further assistance can be obtained through SOREL’s contact form or by calling customer service. All sales on the Sites are made by Columbia Brands USA, LLC, an affiliate of SOREL, and these terms apply to all purchases unless a separate written agreement explicitly modifies them. SOREL may revise these terms at any time without prior notice; placing an order constitutes acceptance of the version in effect at that time. Only written documents explicitly agreed to by SOREL can amend these terms.

SO REL sells products only to adult consumers. Individuals under 18 must have a parent or guardian place orders. The company reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at its discretion. Accounts created during checkout are your responsibility, including maintaining password security and monitoring account activity. You must notify SOREL immediately if unauthorized access is suspected. SOREL may take protective measures, including resetting passwords or verifying transactions.

Products are intended for personal use and may not be resold. Orders must include accurate information, and payment must be successfully processed. SOREL may cancel orders with failed payments. Email order confirmations do not indicate acceptance; orders are accepted when products are shipped. Shipping typically occurs within three business days for in-stock items using standard carriers, with shipping charges based on delivery method and location. All shipments are FOB Shipping Point, transferring ownership to the buyer upon shipment.

Returns are accepted for items that are unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags within 60 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change, and SOREL does not guarantee complete accuracy of product details or images. Returns are allowed if items do not match descriptions.

Electronic communications, such as email or chat, may be used for account updates and notifications. While unencrypted messages may not be fully secure, they are considered valid communication. Some products may carry limited warranties; otherwise, items are sold “as is,” with all implied warranties disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. SOREL is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions in product information or pricing.

SOREL’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products, and claims for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded. Disputes are resolved individually through binding arbitration under AAA or JAMS rules unless eligible for small claims court. Arbitration may occur by phone, in writing, or in person. Both you and SOREL waive the right to a jury trial or participation in class actions.

These terms are governed by Oregon law. Non-arbitration claims must be filed in state or federal courts in Multnomah County, Oregon. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive rights, and if any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

These terms establish your agreement with SOREL regarding purchases, account management, product returns, communications, warranties, liability limitations, dispute resolution, governing law, and the enforceability of the agreement.
